No account, no cookies

You can read every page without an account. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking.

What is processed when you visit

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes your IP address and the details of each request (the address asked for, the browser, the time) to deliver pages, protect the site from abuse and limit request rates. We do not store IP addresses.

Analytics

We count page views and the use of page elements (for example a chart toggle) with our own cookieless analytics: the page address, the host of the site that linked to it and the country Cloudflare derives from the IP address. No identifier is stored and nothing is combined across visits; these records are kept for at most three months.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that measures how fast pages load.

Legal basis and transfers

This processing relies on our legitimate interest in running a secure site and understanding its aggregate use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Insider pages name company officers and directors as they appear in public SEC Form 4 filings.

You may ask for access to, correction or erasure of personal data about you, or object to its processing, by writing to hello@pretickt.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
